Business Builder provides packaged small-business launch and online-presence services. These include template-based startup packages (Idea Kit, Name + Domain Pack, Starter Presence Packet) and human-reviewed established packages (Business Refresh). All services are provided as digital deliverables only.
By using this service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are using the service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Each package includes a defined scope of work as described on the pricing and product pages. Business Builder does not provide legal, tax, financial, or trademark advice. Deliverables are creative and strategic in nature, not professional legal or financial counsel.
All prices are listed in USD. Startup packages are one-time fees. Business Refresh is project-based starting at $499. Pass-through costs (domain registration, hosting, platform fees) are billed separately. Payment processing is not yet active on this platform.
Deliverables are provided digitally. Startup packages are delivered within the timeframe specified at time of purchase. Business Refresh timelines are scoped during the application process. Business Builder is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or incomplete client information.
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose. Business Builder retains the right to use anonymized deliverables for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each package includes a defined revision policy as described on the product page. Startup packages include one revision pass. Business Refresh scope is defined during the application process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Business Builder provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding business success, traffic, sales, search engine rankings, or any specific business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Builder disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold Business Builder harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination. Digital deliverables already provided remain yours to use subject to these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
