We collect information you provide directly through our intake form, including your name, email address, business name, business description, and package preferences. We also collect basic usage data through standard web server logs (pages visited, browser type, referring website).
We use the information you provide to process your intake, classify your needs, generate deliverables, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
During development, intake data is stored locally as JSON files. In production, data will be stored in a secure database. No real customer data is currently being collected. All submissions are demo/simulation only.
Business Builder may use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, and hosting in the future. These services have their own privacy policies. We will update this policy when such services are integrated.
This site does not currently use cookies for tracking or analytics. Basic session storage is used locally in your browser for the demo intake flow. No cookies are set by this site at this time.
We retain intake data as long as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us through the sj3labs project page. During development, data may be deleted at any time without notice.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the sj3labs project page. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Current development storage (JSON files) is not production-secure.
This service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has submitted data, we will delete it.
We may update this privacy policy as the service develops. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
