Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all Business Builder packages and services. Refund terms vary by package type.

Startup Packages (Idea Kit, Name + Domain Pack, Starter Presence Packet)

Because startup packages are digital deliverables that are created and delivered electronically, all sales are final once the deliverable has been provided. If you are unsatisfied with your deliverable:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Startup packages include one revision pass to address concerns
• If the deliverable cannot be made satisfactory after revision, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion
• Refunds are not available for packages where work has not yet begun upon request

Business Refresh (Established Track)

Business Refresh is a project-based service. Refund terms are scoped during the application and onboarding process:

• If work has not yet begun, a full refund is available
• Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed
• Detailed refund terms will be provided in the project scope document before payment is collected

Pass-Through Costs

Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting fees, platform subscriptions) are non-refundable once paid to the third party. Business Builder cannot refund fees already remitted to third-party services.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the sj3labs project page with your intake ID and reason for the request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

No Current Payment Processing

Payment processing is not yet active on this platform. No real payments are being collected. This refund policy is a draft template for when payment services launch.
